What to include in your email
- Your account email address
- The estimate ID or invoice ID if your question relates to a specific estimate or charge (visible in the URL or estimate header)
- A clear description of the issue or question
- For failed estimates: the property address and what happened
- For security reports: reproduction steps, affected URL, and impact estimate
